This week’s ride provides options for those who would like to ride the W&OD Trail and those who are interested in climbing a few rolling hills in Arlington County.

We will meet at Conte's Bike Shop off of the W&OD Trail in Vienna near Maple St.: 204 Mil St. NE, Vienna, VA 22180 at 7:30

Wheels Down at 8:00

Group 1 will depart East Bound on the W&OD to Hains Point on

Group 2 will take a more challenging ride climbing in and out of Arlington to Hains Point.

Both groups will refuel at the Potomac Shores Golf Course at Hains Point before returning to our Sponsor Conte's.
