I would like to Thank those of You who committed some time to volunteer for the Chocolate City CRIT at RFK stadium in supporting cyclists from GII, Artemis Rang, Velo City,  Caribbean Ridazz and other cyclists and spectators that we have ridden with; or just being a spectator or registering and the special Payton Bailey, Jr. who tried his hand at getting into the mix with the other cyclists.

We have an opportunity to support Heritage Fellowship Church in their annual Bike/Walk to Worship Service on August 11th as Ride Marshalls.  MTCCVA will acquire the services of Randy Bivens, League Cycling Instructor with the League of American Bicyclists to give a 1.5 hour Ride Marshall training session to support Heritage Fellowship Church.  

The Group will meet this Sunday August 4th between 6:30 and 7 at 2501 Fox Mill Road in Reston.

This training will build your confidence in controlling traffic and watching over cyclists of all abilities for an 8 mile ride for some and 18 for others.

We will be done by 8:30 am or you have the option of riding additional miles if you choose to as well as returning to the church for service to meet Reverend Dangerfield.

***Church Facility has a Changing Room with restroom with everything except a shower.  It's recommended to have your own towels and toiletries to get cleaned up for service.  There are bathing cloths available in the rooms*****
