Daylight Saving is here and it is the start of the season to get ready for Atlanta Labor Day Weekend.

What to expect. The group will head East "No Drop" on the 234 Trail for about 30 minutes with a 5 - 10 minute stop for regrouping and return to beat sunset. Distance is dictated by sunlight.

Our goal is to condition our hearts, lungs and legs for our first “Metric or More” ride Mother’s Day Weekend on the Capital Trail.

A Helmet is required and front and rear lights will allow you to go a little further out before sunset.
