MTCCVA Cycling Season Starts this "Weekend" with the First of Two Handling and Safety Instruction.
MTCCVA has partnered with The League of American Bicyclists to provide "Free" Handling and Safety Instructions for all ages and to prepare members of MTCCVA for the 2024 Cycling Season. What other way would you want to take advantage of decent weather in March on a Saturday afternoon.
The training will be broken up into two sessions:
The first hour will introduce or refresh your memory of:
The second hour will be a 30 minute ride out and 30 minutes back applying the skills learned or refreshed in the first hour.

Again we are holding this training in the afternoon, first to take advantage of the fair weather scheduled for Saturday afternoon and to give members of MTCCVA ample time to arrive for this session from all over Northern VA. Our time is valuable and we look to start on time at noon and have everyone headed home or out for something to eat by 2pm.
