Bike Check : To be completed prior to reaching the departure location.

Note : Even though this is a "no-drop" ride, the expectation is that with each session your endurance and cycling skills will increase and each ride will be geared to assist in those areas. In addition, to ensure the safety of each participant, be on notice for any cancellation due to changing weather conditions. It is my intention for each ride to be safe and enjoyable for each participant.
