Major Performance Athletic Club (MPAC)

Mission Statement:

The Major Performance Athletic Club (MPAC) is a membership based, youth organization committed to providing a structured and challenging environment for youth physical and mental development through training, and participation in sporting events and competition.

Our mission is to build exceptional and well-rounded young adults capable of achieving their personal life goals and build their capacity to work through adversity through the application of training, and athletic events in recreational and competitive sporting activities.

Our club is a competitive youth USA Cycling and track & field club based out of the DMV Tri state area.

Athletic Programs:

Track program is focused on training and developing young athletes in sprints and middle to long distance.

Cycling programs focus on road, mountain biking and cross cycling fundamentals for structured development of individual racing abilities.

Duathlon athletes will compete in both running and cycling events.

Competition:

We work with each student athlete and their parents to establish appropriate priorities for physical performance, proper nutrition, and balanced mental health through training, competition, and participation in AAU, USA Track and Field (USATF) and USA Cycling activities and events nationwide.
